(1) Members of the following societies/institutions are considered as ‘delegates from partner organizations’: ABRAFAC, ANTAC, CBCS, CORENET-Brazil, GAS, GRUPAS and LARES. In addition, active members of CIB workgroups are also eligible to this reduced rate.

Post-Graduate Students (MBA, Master or Doctoral) may attend the conference with reduced fees. A letter from the academic institution, acknowledging the student status, must be sent (by fax or email) to the conference secretariat.

Authors must register unitl 30th July
, in order to get the paper published on conference proceedings. Only authors of accepted papers are eligible to this reduced rate. At least one author for each accepted paper must register. Co-authors (if any) attending the conference also pay the reduced author fee.

 

Please note:


No change is expected for the above charges, and early registration is advisable to take advantage of the reduced rates.


All registering options cover: proceedings, participation certificate and attendance on official events. Coffee breaks, refreshments and lunches are also included.


For each registration, an accompanying person to attend the welcome reception and closing ceremony cocktails might be included at no charge. Please note that this accompanying person is intended only for spouses or alike, and will not receive proceedings, participation certificate, lunches or attendance on conference sessions.

Please note:

Conference banquet and pre-conference tours are optional for all attendants. The prices are per person, regardless of the registering option.

The welcome reception and closing ceremony cocktails are included on all registration fees, and are extensive to accompanying persons.


Cancellation of Participation
:

Cancellation of participation in the Conference after registration must be made by email to Prof. Dr. Moacyr Eduardo Alves da Graça, Polytechnic School - São Paulo University. Upon notification, the refund for Registration Fee will be made as follows:


Cancellation until June 30th, 2010: 80% refund
Cancellation until August 15th, 2010: 50% refund
Cancellation after August 15th, 2010: no refund
