1. What is the exact address of the conference venue and how can I get to the conference from the hotel?
The conference will be held at SESC Pinheiros, It is located at Rua Paes Leme, 195 – Pinheiros, São Paulo – SP. You can get from the hotels (whether it is the Quality, Golden Tower, Howard Johnson or George V), within a 5 minutes’ walk. There is a map at the conference website. Also, There will be a shuttle bus (free of charge) to the conference venue stopping by these hotels at pre-determined times.

 

2. Where is the address of the Conference Opening Ceremony?
The opening ceremony will be on September 12th, at the Escola Politécnica (São Paulo University). It is located near the conference venue, but not within a walking distance. It is advisable to take a taxi, or use the shuttle bus (free of charge). More info is available, click here.

 

3. Can you please advise how can I go to the hotel from the airport and what is the cost of Bus or Taxi?
At the airport you can get a taxi from R$120 to R$140 (depending on arrival time, later is more expensive). You can pre-pay this fixed fare with credit card inside the airport.
